What you're buying
Our products are digital downloads: Excel workbooks, PDF templates and written guides. They draw on one specific Coorparoo Queenslander project and are positioned as historical reference data and methodology, not current Brisbane pricing. Each product page describes exactly what is included, so read that page before you buy.
Standard refund window: 30 days, no questions asked
If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us via the contact page and we will refund the full purchase price, no questions asked. This applies whether or not you have downloaded the file.
Australian Consumer Law
You have rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a product:
- Has a major defect (does not open, is missing the content described, is not as described)
- Is not fit for the purpose described on the product page
- Does not match the description on the product page
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair under Australian Consumer Law, separate from the 30-day no-questions window above. Where the product has a major fault, the choice of remedy is yours.
Specific addendum for prior buyers (2024-2025 pricing representation)
The Build-Under Budget Tracker and Budget Toolkit were previously promoted on this site as containing “2024-2025 Brisbane pricing as the baseline”. That description was inaccurate. The figures in those products are 2018-2020 dollars from one specific Coorparoo project; they are not current Brisbane market rates.
If you purchased a product before May 2026 under that representation and feel it was mis-described, you are entitled to either:
- A free updated version of the product (with corrected date labelling and clearer historical-reference framing) when it is ready, and/or
- A full refund, no questions asked, even if your purchase is outside the standard 30-day window
To request either, email us via the contact page and reference the corrected description. We require proof of purchase, not proof of dissatisfaction.

We aim to process refunds within five business days. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Lemon Squeezy
Our products are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles the refund mechanics on our behalf once we authorise. Refunds appear on your original payment method within five business days, depending on your card issuer.
What we do not refund
Beyond the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above, two cases fall outside our refunds:
- We do not refund for missed deadlines or project outcomes, because we sell methodology and reference data, not project outcomes
- We do not refund product files that have been resold or shared publicly in breach of the terms
