Queenslander Built is a first-hand record of one specific 2018-2020 Coorparoo Queenslander raise and build-under, with related Queensland building information.

Our products contain historical reference data from one specific project. We make no warranty that:
- The figures in any product reflect current Brisbane market rates
- Use of the product will produce a particular cost outcome on your project
- The product is suitable for any specific project, site or purpose
- Any outcome you achieve will match the Coorparoo project's outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided on an “as is” basis. Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded continue to apply.
