What we list
- Builders with a current QBCC builder open licence relevant to residential work
- Documented experience on Queenslander raises or build-unders (not generic renovation)
- A verifiable Brisbane or SEQ presence (ABN, trading address, public contact)
What we won't check for you
- Current licence status (verify in the QBCC licensee register)
- Insurance coverage type or limits
- Financial stability or solvency
- Quality of past project outcomes
- Customer complaint or dispute history
