- A verifiable Brisbane or SEQ presence (ABN, trading address, public contact)
- Willingness to be listed publicly and agree to our directory terms
What we won't check for you
- Current licence or registration status (verify directly with the issuing body)
- Insurance coverage type or limits
- Financial stability or solvency
- Quality of past project outcomes
- Customer complaint or dispute history
